Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing a Lush Skin and Body gift voucher. Our vouchers make the perfect gift for any occasion, allowing your loved ones to indulge in a luxurious treatment experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth redemption process.

Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years ( 36 months) from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period.
Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.

Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed for treatments only and cannot be used for skincare product purchases.
They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

Price Increases
If a voucher is purchased for a specific treatment and there has been a price increase, the recipient may be required to pay the difference when booking.

Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments made using a gift voucher are subject to availability.
Our standard cancellation policy applies: if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the voucher may be voided.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Lush Skin and Body is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Treat your voucher like cash.

Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Partial Redemptions
If the full value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher for future use within its validity period.

Promotional & Discounted Vouchers
Vouchers purchased during promotions or as part of special offers may have specific terms and conditions, including shorter expiry dates or restrictions on use.

Online & In-Store Use
Vouchers can be redeemed in-store only.

Gift Voucher Number
Each voucher has a unique code that must be provided at the time of booking or redemption.

Right to Amend
Lush Skin and Body reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
