Salon Etiquette

arrival time

When scheduled for a facial and/or massage, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time for optimal preparation and relaxation.

Arriving late will limit your treatment time, possibly lessening its effectiveness and your relaxation. Your treatment will end at the originally-scheduled time so that our next client’s treatment is not delayed.

If you have any illness, injury or skin condition please let us know to ensure your treatment is tailored accordingly. This can be further discussed with your therapist before your treatment starts.

Please keep in mind prior to booking we require a 50% deposit for all appointments.

Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you, but we understand that plans may change. If you do need to cancel, please give at least 24-hours notice, other wise a 50% cancellation fee may apply. This includes no show appointments.
